How do you get to the "art" of the matter?
For me, it was as simple as accepting who I am.
When you expose your soul, your true essence, that is when art is made.
Anyone can be an artist. You just have to find the courage to face who you are, and who you would like to become.

My name is Casey, and I am here to share my journey with you.
I am a first year art student trying to navigate through this crazy business. Though I have been making art for years now, I have no idea how to sell art or market myself.I figured I would start by sharing who I am and what my goals are. I would like to use this site to post my work, share my experiences, help others, and receive help as well. I am not searching to go down in art history. I simply want to learn and grow and be the best artist I can possibly be. Besides, who doesn't want to get paid for doing something they love? I don't see how life can get any better than that.
So, to everyone I know, have yet to meet, or those who have simply stumbled upon this page, I would like you to know that this is the very beginning of my venture into the artistic world. Here's hoping for the best!
